– All products are proudly printed & shipped in the United States.
– Orders print and ship Monday-Friday.
– Some items in order may ship separately in some cases, but most of the time it will be shipped in one package for 10 items.

When available, we will send you the tracking number via email so that you can track your order's status.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address 

Orders that cannot be delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete customer-supplied information are not our responsibility. If items are returned to us, they may be reshipped with customers have to place a new order, provided that updated and correct shipping information is provided.

Multiple Addresses and PO Boxes 

We only offer shipping to a single address per order. If you require items to be shipped to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each destination. We do accept PO boxes for shipping purposes, except for Military APO/FPO addresses.

VAT Taxes

We do not collect tax for overseas shipping. The recipient is responsible for all taxes and levies. We advise customers to contact local customs for detailed information, as VAT costs may vary by country.

Digital Products

1. Delivery Method & Timing

Some of our products are digital and do not require physical shipping. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with the download link or access details within 10 minutes. Please check your inbox and spam folder.

2. How to Access Your Digital Product

  • If you purchase a print, workbook, eBook, etc you will receive a direct download link via email.
  • If you purchase an online course or membership access, instructions for login will be sent to your registered email.
  • If you do not receive your order within 1 hours, please contact us at contact@loluis.com.

3. Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience any issues with your purchase, such as:

  • A corrupted file or incorrect product
  • A missing download link after payment
  • Access issues with your product
