Shipping Policy

LOLUIS sells motivational wall art two ways: as physical prints shipped from Arizona, and as made-to-order digital files emailed to your inbox. This page explains how each one works, what it costs, and what to expect.

At a glance

Physical prints: 3–5 business days to print + 4–10 business days to deliver. Free, Regular, and Express options. Contiguous 48 U.S. states only.
Digital downloads: Made to order and emailed within 24 business hours — most orders the same business day. No shipping fee, available anywhere in the U.S.
Not shipped: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, APO/FPO/DPO, P.O. Boxes, or outside the United States.

Physical prints

Where we ship

Contiguous United States only — the 48 states plus Washington, D.C. We do not ship physical prints to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, military boxes, P.O. Boxes, or international addresses. If you live outside our shipping zone, please order our printable digital files instead.

Order processing

Each print is made to order in our Chandler, Arizona facility. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Arizona Time (MST) on a business day enter production the same day. Production takes 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Carriers and tracking

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, selected for each order based on size and destination. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a tracking email as soon as the package leaves the warehouse. Tracking is also available from My Account → Orders.

Changing your shipping address

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at [email protected]. Once production begins, the shipping address is locked.

Wrong address, undeliverable, or returned to sender

If a package is returned to us because the address you entered was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, we will contact you to reship at your cost. If the error is on our end, we will reship at no charge or refund in full — your choice.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or the item arrives damaged, email [email protected] within 30 days of the ship date with your order number (and a photo, if damaged). We will replace the order or refund the original payment method.

Digital downloads (printable files)

Each digital file is made to order and emailed to you within 24 business hours of payment. Most orders are delivered the same business day.

What you get

A high-resolution PDF and JPG file, sized to the dimension you select at checkout (8×10, 11×14, 16×20, 8×12, 11×17, 16×24, 24×30, or 24×36 inches), at 300 DPI — suitable for printing at home or at a local print shop.

How delivery works

After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday, Arizona Time), we will prepare your high-resolution files and email them to the address on your order. Most orders go out the same business day.
If you created an account at checkout, your files are also permanently saved in My Account → Downloads once delivered. Re-download as many times as you need — links do not expire.

Have not received your files within 24 business hours? Please check your spam or promotions folder first, then email [email protected] with your order number and we will resend immediately.

No shipping fee, available nationwide

Digital files are not shipped by carrier. There is no postage, no tracking number, and no carrier transit time. When every item in your cart is a digital file, the shipping line at checkout is $0.00 — and digital orders can be placed from any U.S. address, including Hawaii, Alaska, and the territories we cannot ship physical prints to.

Mixed carts (digital + physical)

If a single order contains both file types, your digital files arrive by email within 24 business hours while the physical prints are produced and shipped on the standard timeline above. The two are delivered independently.

Printing your file

Digital files are intended for personal printing — at home, or at a local print shop such as Staples, FedEx Office, Walgreens Photo, or Costco Photo. We do not offer printing, framing, or fulfillment for digital purchases.

License (what you can and cannot do)

Each digital file is licensed for personal, non-commercial use by one household, classroom, or single therapy/counseling practice. You may:

Print as many copies as you wish for your own home, classroom, office, or practice.
Display the printed copies in private and professional spaces you control.

You may not resell the file, redistribute it, share it online, post it to stock-image sites, or include it in any product or service you sell or give away. All copyright remains with LOLUIS.

Refunds for digital files

Because digital files are delivered shortly after order and cannot be “returned,” all sales of digital downloads are final. Exceptions: if the file is corrupted, the wrong file was delivered, or you cannot open the file after troubleshooting with our support team. In those cases we will send a replacement file or issue a full refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Holidays and peak seasons

During major U.S. holidays and peak periods (Thanksgiving through January 7; Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and Father’s Day weeks), production and carrier transit may each be delayed by 2–5 business days. Digital downloads are not affected.

Sales tax

U.S. sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and our nexus obligations. Tax appears as a separate line on your order confirmation.
