Depression flattens the next step. Our depression collection is built around that fact — prints with gentle, low-demand reminders for the days when even small actions feel large. Made for therapy offices, recovery spaces, and the bedside walls of the people doing the slow work.
What you will find here
The collection leans into validation, self-compassion, and small steps — the three movements that most evidence-based depression treatment supports. Some prints reference behavioral-activation prompts (one small action), some are pure validation ("rest is allowed"), and some support grief work for the depression that follows loss.
Where these prints fit
- Depression therapists — warmth in a clinical space; visuals for behavioral activation work.
- Grief counselors — quiet support for clients in the depressive arc of bereavement.
- Family members supporting a loved one through depression — visible love that does not demand a response.
- Recovery spaces — inpatient day rooms, partial-hospitalization waiting areas, outpatient lobbies.

Frequently asked questions
Are these posters a substitute for therapy?
No. LOLUIS prints in this collection are educational and decorative; they are not a clinical intervention or a substitute for professional mental-health diagnosis or treatment. They are designed to support work that you, your client, or your student is already doing with a qualified provider. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or visit 988lifeline.org.
Will these "fix" my depression?
No print fixes depression. Treatment that works typically combines clinical care, social support, and consistent practice of behavioral skills. These posters can support that work by keeping language and gentleness visible on bad days.
What if my depression is severe right now?
Please prioritize professional care. Call or text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) anytime, or contact your provider. If you do not have a provider, SAMHSA's helpline is 1-800-662-HELP (4357), free and confidential, 24/7.
How long will the colors last?
Our archival pigment inks on 200 gsm matte paper are rated to remain vibrant for 100+ years under indoor lighting and out of direct sunlight. Frame behind UV-filtering glass for additional protection in rooms with strong natural light.
How do I hang prints without a frame?
Many customers use removable poster tape, washi tape, or 3M Command strips along the edges. Our 200 gsm paper is heavyweight enough to lay flat against most walls without curling.
