General shipping
- Orders were handled and shipped out from Monday to Friday.
- We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa.
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse.
- Each order requires 3 – 5 business days to process.
- We offer two shipping options: Regular and Expedited.

Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing important details such as your order number, order summary, total cost, and shipping address.
Shipping Confirmation
Your package will be shipped directly to your specified location, whether it’s your home, office, or any other desired place. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Carriers
We ship domestic orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping fees depend on your order value. Any applicable taxes charged on the shipment are the customer’s responsibility.
Address Issues
If there is an issue with shipping due to an incorrect address provided by Loluis®, we will either issue a new order or refund the customer.
