CBT skills, visualized. Our CBT wall art collection puts the cognitive triangle, common distortions, and thought-record prompts on the wall — the kind of reminders a client can glance at mid-session, and the kind of language a counselor can point to instead of describing from scratch.
The cognitive model on the wall
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy was developed by psychiatrist Aaron Beck in the 1960s and remains one of the most evidence-supported approaches in modern mental-health care. At its core: thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact, and changing one can shift the others. Prints in this collection visualize that triangle, the most common cognitive distortions (catastrophizing, all-or-nothing, mind reading, fortune telling), and the basic thought-record structure.
Who uses these
- CBT therapists & counselors — session anchors that save five minutes of recap each visit.
- CBT skills groups — module visuals across a 12 or 16-week curriculum.
- School counselors & SEL programs — introducing thought-feeling-behavior language to students.
- Self-led CBT learners — using workbooks at home and wanting the framework visible.

Frequently asked questions
Are these posters a substitute for therapy?
No. LOLUIS prints in this collection are educational and decorative; they are not a clinical intervention or a substitute for professional mental-health diagnosis or treatment. They are designed to support work that you, your client, or your student is already doing with a qualified provider. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or visit 988lifeline.org.
Are these endorsed by the Beck Institute?
No. LOLUIS is not affiliated with the Beck Institute, the American Psychological Association, or any CBT certification body. Our prints visualize public CBT concepts in original artistic treatments and do not reproduce copyrighted material from clinical workbooks.
Which distortions are covered?
The classic ten cognitive distortions appear across the collection: all-or-nothing thinking, overgeneralization, mental filter, disqualifying the positive, jumping to conclusions (mind reading & fortune telling), magnification, emotional reasoning, should statements, labeling, and personalization.
How long will the colors last?
Our archival pigment inks on 200 gsm matte paper are rated to remain vibrant for 100+ years under indoor lighting and out of direct sunlight. Frame behind UV-filtering glass for additional protection in rooms with strong natural light.
How do I hang prints without a frame?
Many customers use removable poster tape, washi tape, or 3M Command strips along the edges. Our 200 gsm paper is heavyweight enough to lay flat against most walls without curling.
